Gayle Gary, CAGS, CPD. Gayle loves all things words! Gayle’s journey with Orton-Gillingham began in 2013 when she participated in and became a Level 1 tutor. From there, Gayle became a Level 2, supervisor, and recently completed therapist training. Gayle has over 20 years of experience in public school working as a reading specialist. In this capacity, Gayle taught Orton-Gillngham techniques to support readers and teachers alike. Gayle received a Master’s Degree in Reading and Writing from Plymouth State University, where she also completed her CAGS in Administration. Gayle enjoys a variety of hobbies, most especially reading. When her nose is not in a book, Gayle can be found gardening, kayaking, birding, hiking, crafting, cooking and playing Scrabble ®. Gayle also enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian and their two cats. Gayle is a member of IDA-NNEA and The Reading League.
